Parents of students that are currently enrolled as an Open Enrollment student(s) for the 2020-2021 school year must re-apply for the 2021-2022 school year.
Parents/Legal Guardians must do the following:
Complete the 2021-2022 Open Enrollment Application
Provide updated proof of residency.
Read and sign the Parent Open Enrollment Agreement
Open Enrollment application and Parent Open Enrollment Agreement can be downloaded and completed from our website. Feel free to send your completed application, proof of residency, and Parent Open Enrollment Agreement to [email protected]
Please put "Open Enrollment Application" in the subject line of your email.
Applications can also be obtained and submitted at our Board of Education Office located at 3594 N. Snyder Road, Trotwood, Ohio 45426. Attach and submit all documents into the Open Enrollment Dropbox.
The deadline for submitting applications for current Open Enrollment students was April 30. However, you may still submit your application with the understanding that enrollment is not guaranteed or promised.
