Good Morning Ram Nation.
I want to thank you for working with us as we implement our safety plan in response to the Governor's state mandated school closure. Over the course of the next three weeks through April 3rd, we will be in constant communication with you.
On Monday, the Trotwood-Madison City School district is open as scheduled. Our staff will be working to ensure students can stay connected to us via the Google Classroom platform. We will be sending instructions home for parents on how to access this information as well. Our grades 2-12 students should be familiar with this concept. Please message your child's teacher if there are any log-on difficulties.
The district plans to continue our food service program over the next three weeks. We are currently working out those details, and will provide the information by Monday afternoon in the event you are interested in receiving food service for your student.
Finally, information is changing rapidly and we are responding. In that, we hope you understand and ask for your patience as we provide the latest updates.
As always, our primary focus is the safety and security of our students, families and staff.
