Treasurer
The Treasurer's Office oversees all of the financial operations of
the district. The Treasurer serves as the Chief Financial
Officer for the district and reports directly to the Board of
Education.
Our goal
is to maintain financial credibility and accountability to our
taxpayers, parents, students, and staff of the Trotwood Madison City
Schools. As the Chief
Financial Officer for the largest employer in Trotwood, I am
responsible for every dollar spent by our school district
This department is responsible for all
accounting, payroll and financial reporting requirements of the
district. The district is audited annually by the Auditor of
State and the audit reports are available on the Auditor of
State's website.
Trotwood Madison City Schools have received
awards for financial reporting, including awards for the past ten
years from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) and
from the Association of School Business Officials (ASBO). In
addition, the school district has also won awards from the State of Ohio Auditor’s Office.
